Stubbornness may cause your elbow pain.  Too stressful may be the reason of shoulder pain.  Different body pains reflect different attitude problem in everyday life.  The signals may not be obvious.  But changing your habit or attitude to be more flexible, forgiving, open for difference, it always help ease your stress and possibly some of the constant pain.
